KILZ Premium Seal No. S11 & S12

KILZ Premium Seal, a high-performance, non-yellowing Silyl Modified Polyether (SMP) sealant, delivers exceptional stretch and durability on challenging surfaces. It can be applied in both wet and dry conditions, is UV-resistant, and can seal active leaks up to 1/4” in size. The finished bead film won't shrink or crack, and it's paintable after just one hour in ambient air at 50% RH and 73°F. Available in two colors: S11 White and S12 Black. Suitable for sealing connection joints and filling cracks or holes in various surfaces prior to painting. Apply when temperatures range between 0°F and 140°F. For application, cut the cartridge tip at a 45° angle, load into a caulk gun, and squeeze the bead into the desired location. If the crack depth exceeds 3/8”, use a backer rod material. Smooth the bead with a caulking tool and allow one hour for the sealant skin to form before painting. It's water-ready immediately and has a full cure time of 3 to 4 days. The shelf life is 12 months when unopened and stored in a dry place between 40°F and 80°F. Clean up tools and equipment with warm soapy water and rinse with warm clean water.
